Our ladies only fitness kickboxing classes incorporate a variety of kickboxing techniques using heavy bags, focus mitts, as well as body weight and dumbbell exercises. Muscle and Fitness magazine rates fitness kickboxing as the number one fat burner with over 800 calories burned per hour. Nothing else comes close.
It is a great way to burn fat, tone your muscles, and relieve some stress in a supportive environment.
You don't have to be an ultimate fighter to get in shape training like one! This program uses the same training techniques as a regular MMA striking workout but without contact.

This is a place that makes you accountable for yourself. They are there to work you and work you hard. You get the same one to one feeling you would get with a personal trainer, they care to make sure you are doing it right. They want people there that are willing to work hard and do what it takes (at your own pace). Atmosphere is amazing, fun, loving, social, but also straight to business. I am exhausted when I leave, I am getting more than what I expected out of it by a long shot! Extremely happy with my choice to sign up.
