Bag Blast

Women and Men Ages 13+

Ready to blast that extra energy off? Join us for the Bag Blast class at Bishop Family Martial Arts. Designed for women and men ages 13 and up, it’s a great way for teenagers and adults to get in shape and train like a kickboxer without any physical contact involved. Join us and get ready to sweat it out!
